At Leatherman, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides easy solutions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in new, unused condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Note: Customized or engraved products are non-refundable unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide shipping instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, Leatherman will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (such as change of mind or incorrect purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products covered under our warranty. Please contact our Warranty Department for assistance.
6. Warranty Claims
Leatherman products are backed by a 25-year limited warranty. If your tool has a manufacturing defect or fails under normal use, it may be repaired or replaced at no cost. Visit our Warranty Center for more details.
