  • Custom or engraved items may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location:

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.


4. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by their country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of Leatherman.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or provide a replacement where applicable.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately at no additional cost.
